It is home to 1000+ associates who work to deliver on the Novartis purpose of reimagining medicine to improve and extend people's lives.The Business Analyst IT is responsible for providing technical expertise and support for the IM US product team and for enhancing the value and utilization of the CRM products by clearly articulating business problems and capabilities to be delivered.Main responsibilities:- Contribute to create consistency and traceability between user stories, functional specifications,
and testing & validation.
Support validation and testing as appropriate and ensure alignment to Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Service Delivery scope.- Support with internal IT systems and documentation requirements, standards (including quality management and IT security), regulatory environments / requirements (if applicable), leveraging technologies for the business and taking advantage of reusable products, solutions and services wherever applicable.
Additional specification required for testing.- Act as SPOC for the assigned business function for all new features & user stories as well as the interface between the Product Owners and the SCRUM team.
Highlight/identify gaps in existing functionality and review requirements with partners.- Ensure that the Development Team understands items in the Product Backlog to the level needed and work closely with the Product Line Manager and Product Manager to settle resource requirements to support the product roadmap.- Collaborate with the Product Manager and the Scrum Master on a regular basis,
assist with grooming the feature backlog and participate in solution design and delivery.- Deeply understand the business processes and how they translate to technology solutions in user stories to communicate them effectively to the development team.- Identify methods to improve current team processes and quality standards, actively contribute to on time, within budget, compliant, secure, and quality delivery of portfolio/ respective engagements- Ensure consistency to Security and Compliance policies and procedures as well as with other Novartis guidelines and standards.

information systems, or related field- 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst capability and 3+ years working with CRM Products Veeva/Salesforce.- Experience on US CRM, supporting life sciences company preferable
