**Job Title**:Recruitment Coordinator

We seek a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Recruitment Coordinator.
In this role, you will play a vital part in helping us identify, attract,



and hire talented individuals passionate about coffee and eager to contribute to our company's success.
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR coordination preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Passion for coffee and an understanding of our industry is a plus
