**Descripción y detalle de las actividades**
- HUMAN RESOURCES SUPERVISOR will be in charge of HR department related to all activities like: legal compliance, training, recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and other applicable.Main activities
- Perform of recruitment processes to all levels of the organization;
- Headcount planning;
- Administrate compensations and benefits package;
- Execute and planning organizational and development program;
- Responsible of Social Security (IMSS), INFONAVIT, Payroll, Internal Handbook, Labor Law compliance
- Coordinate personnel services.
Support Health and Safety department.
**Experiência y requisitos**
- Minimum Experience of 5 years - Degree in Business Administration,



Psychology or Industrial Relations
- Knowledge of Mexican Labor Law, Training, Safety and Hygiene, Labor Relations, Employee Services, Salaries and Benefits
- Experience in the maquiladora industry;
- Experience with Talent Acquisition and Management, Salary and Benefits Program, Headcount Planning and Mexican Labor Law compliance;
- Solid experience using TRESS
