**PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES**:
The S/4HANA Cloud Consultant will act as trusted partner to our customers on their journey to the cloud,
from scoping and planning of the initial deployment to continuous value engineering.
The Consultant role requires understanding of the cloud business model, the ERP processes, SAP has unified, database-, information-, process-, mobile device-, security
The Consultant role will be at the core of our customers and of SAPs success and is primarily a strategic relationship function, accountable for the overall services and support engagement and successful delivery of IDG services.
- Application specific solution consulting (Implementation: understanding business requirements and propose SAP Cloud Platform solutions, Implementation based on a blueprint, creation of test cases, test scheduling and execution, key user training, go live support, and post go live support.
Agile methodology use cases.)
- Performance of feasibility studies / solution reviews
- Support of pre-sales activities such as commercial proposals
**EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS**:
- Live and breath the cloud business model and the subsequent implications in regard to the implementation & post-implementation service business
- Ensure customer success, satisfaction, and reference ability for S/4HANA Cloud customers
- Articulate the S/4HANA Cloud technical capabilities and value, differentiate S/4HANA Cloud and On-Premise solutions
- Define methodology, tools and processes to ensure successful customer adoption
- Deliver agile services in a fast-changing environment
- Support the industrialization of the implementation process
- Understand and practice value-based "fit to standard" delivery approach
- Understand extensibility options in S/4HANA Cloud
- Understand security concepts, roles and restrictions
- Understand intelligent technologies like machine learning, RPA
- Position and Deliver transition roadmaps between on-prem and Cloud solutions
- Drive the adoption of the value-based innovation roadmap and guide the customer in their journey
- Taking over responsibility from time to time as a sub project team leader.
**WORK EXPERIENCE**:
- Desirable experience implementation using SAP Cloud Platform technologies
- Desirable experience implementation using In-App Extensibility
- Involved at least one full cycle implementation in SAP S/4HANA or S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
- Good understanding of cross industry and specific planning of business processes
- Understands the Business Process and convert into a solution proposal.
- MUST conclude any technical SAP Certification
- Understand at least two development languages ABAP, Java, Node.js
- Understand CPI
- Understand SAP Cloud Platform and the advantages to use it.
**EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**:
- University degree or equivalent work experience
- English: Professional
- Spanish fluent
