**Role**As our **Salesforce Product Owner** you will be involved in various projects and you will utilize your Salesforce expertise, applied commercial experience, problem-solving abilities, and creative flair to support, advise, design, build, deliver, and maintain our Salesforce ecosystem end to end.You will own the roadmap and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.These will be some of your tasks:- **Define and prioritize the Product roadmap**, ensuring alignment with business strategy.- Translate **business requirements into User Stories.
**:- Provide **Salesforce administration support for the Customer & Operations team.
**:- **Analyze and verify requirements** for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.- To collaborate with **UX/UI, developers and QA and the business stakeholders.
**:- **Create epics and user stories**,



and prioritise the backlog in line with the product roadmap and business processes.- Be a part of the **design, development and testing process.
**:- Ensures that **continual product value is aligned** with customer and business needs.
**About you**We don't just look for your technical knowledge or abilities.
Above all else, we look for **people**!Now, what are your other strengths?- **+2,5 years **of previous experience as a **Product Owner**:- Experience doing **business analysis, requirements gathering, software testing, or support.
**:- **Technical writing.
**:- **Strong functional knowledge** of Salesforce platform.- **Positive attitude in fast-moving, pressurized environments.
**:- Demonstrated **Agile experience (Scrum or Kanban).
**:- Good** communication & management skills.




**:- Knowledge of **JIRA and Confluence.
**:- **Salesforce Admin Certification **is required.- **Agile Product Owner Certification and/or Scrum Master Certification or User Experience Design Certification** is required.
