**Descripción del empleo**Coordinate plant resources to meet production schedules, comply with the different KPIs of the process, safety, quality, cost, delivery times and general efficiencies,
all framed in an excellent working environment and continuous growth and improvement.
**Supervisory Responsibility**- Stop processes that jeopardize operation and maintenance- Request machinery shutdowns for maintenance purposes- Internal changes to equipment and/or machinery- Coordinate equipment or machinery modifications- Integrate improvement tools and lean manufacturing into EMC's cable operations**Duties & Responsibilities**- Compliance with production volumes- Adherence to NMV in monthly projections- Collaboration in the development of new products- Meeting customer delivery times- Compliance with preventive maintenance and productive maintenance plans- Ongoing training for human resource growth- Promotion and maintenance of an excellent working environment for each team member- Compilation of annual budget, labor expenses,
direct and indirect expenses- Annual performance evaluations- Positive or better than budgeted NMV (Net Margin Value)- Maintain all equipment operating under suitable conditions- Promote a safe environment for operations- Adhere to EMC's safety plan- Continuous training of supervised personnel- Perform preventive safety observations- Engage in English conversations with clients and/or suppliers- Adhere to quality management system policies, procedures- Adhere to safety policies, procedures**Requisitos**- 5 Years as a plant manager- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Materials or Mechanical Engineering or five years of experience in a manufacturing industry- Personnel Management (More than 50)- Project Management Skills- Lean manufacturing tools- Cross-Functional Collaboration- Budget management- Conflict Resolution and Negotiation Skills- Advanced English- Proficient in Microsoft Office**Preferred Qualifications**- Basic statistical tools- Excel (Advance)- Basic tools for problem analysis (Pareto, 8 disciplines, 5 whys, etc.
