Your 'day to day'
We are seeking a data driven Digital Data Science Manager, passioned about data and insights, with shown track in delivery the higher business value through strategical and well-planned data processing (crunching, modelling and final user delivery).
Major accountabilities
- Collaborate within Data & Analytics team (in the Front - business line) to translate business data needs and requirements into strategic and solid data pipeline and modelling, ensuring metrics and KPIs automation, quality of performance and scalability, and also supporting commercial teams in choosing the best approach to address business needs, always having in mind first how they will use, consume or interact with the data.
- Connect with the D&A; back team (data architects / data engineers) to develop and implement the best data modelling, aligned with our technology and corporate platform (Data Lake in AWS; use of Digital tracking tools Google Analytics, Campaign Manager, Search console), and with the data integration, quality and general management processes.
- Support the middle team (data scientists) designing the best data flows for different purposes, from ad-hoc consultancies, hypothesis testing and sophisticated models and algorithms deployments.
Who we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in computer science/data processing, data engineering, data science, applied mathematics, economy
- 5+ years' demonstrable experience with Data Management and modelling for final users
- Advanced Experience in Google Analytics, Campaign Manager, Search console
- Experience with programming languages for data modelling (SQL, R, Python)
- Advanced Experience working with Visualization platforms and tools (Microsoft Power BI, Google Data Studio)
- Experience working with Data Science toolsets and technologies (desirable)
- Experience with AWS technologies such as Athena Redshift, S3 (desirable)
