IT division comprises multiple teams tasked with delivering higher quality products and services to internal and external users.
The Core Product and Core Development teams are responsible for maintaining and evolving the ControllerView data management and reporting platform.
The Innovations team develops cutting-edge technology add-ons.
The Cloud DevOps team develops and supports the Adenza award-winning RegCloud SaaS offering.
Finally, the combined Corporate IT and Security teams ensure the availability of secure, dependable, and stable internal infrastructure.
Team and Role Overview
Adenza is seeking a Presales - Senior Latin America Market Specialist to join the Americas Market Specialist team.




The role is ideally based in Mexico City and reports to the Head of Presales for the Americas who is based in Mexico City.
This represents an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and fast-growing Company and region.
**Responsibilities**:
Prepare and present well-rehearsed, smooth-flowing solution demos and presentations to prospects and clients based on the findings from the discovery phase, RFPs/RFIs, or other gathered user requirements by configuring the system to demonstrate how Calypso can meet client's requirements - both individually and collectively as part of a team - highlighting the solution functionality and value.
Front Office Execution, Positions, Risk, P/L & Analytics
Market Risk, Counterparty Credit Risk, Limits & Compliance
Post-Trade Processing as but not limited to Settlements, Confirmations, Messaging, and Accounting
Capital Markets/Investment Management Workflows
Trade Lifecycle Processing (Resets, Fixings, Corporate Actions, etc.)
Collateral Management & Clearing
Take responsibility for, coordinate,



and manage the Latin America Presales activities with team members
Qualification and understanding of prospects and their business requirements.
Deliver the value proposition and the Unique Selling Points of our Solution in the Initial Demo as and when required.
Identify and flag product gaps for necessary prospect/client communication by Presales
Driving product improvements, working closely with the Product Management team
Producing solution scope documents and handover documents to the Implementation team
Managing relationships with key partners in the region
Helping clients achieve more value from our solutions
Responding to RFI/RFP documents from prospects and partners
Understand and stay current on key business requirements of your market.
Support product management, marketing,



and sales in competitive positioning and product leadership
Travel throughout Latin America as necessary to meet with clients, prospects, and partners
Skills And Requirements
Minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience
Experience in Capital Markets Front to Back activities
Good understanding of Latin American markets and conventions
Good relationships within the Financial Markets
Ability to self-motivate, manage lead
Good understanding of Interest Rates, Fixed Income, FX, Credit, Equity Derivatives, Commodity and/or Structured Products (OTC and Listed)
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
The person in this role will spend significant amounts of time working hands-on with customers.
Verbal and presentation skills are critically important
Calypso or similar solution experience would be a huge plus




Understanding of the competitive offering landscape
Willingness and ability to travel as required
