About the role:
As part of the CBS Learning Team, this position is responsible - in partnership with the CoHRE team - for evaluating vendors and facilitating the vendor selection processes.
The role is also responsible for maintaining the preferred vendor list and rate cards, and owning vendor specific administrative tasks such as vendor invoice processing.
What you will do: Lead regular review of vendor usageServe as gatekeeper of information for vendor management and selection of vendors for specific learning needsParticipate in the vendor selection process in partnership with procurement and CoHRECollaborate with CoHRE to identify needs within the organization that new vendors could addressEvaluate vendors and facilitate vendor selectionWork with CoHRE to create and maintain vendor strategyCollaborate with procurement on Annual Vendor ReviewTrack vendor performance through collaboration with stakeholders and manage corrective actionsAssist in vendor statement of workDo purchase order creation and invoice processing/troubleshootingAs required, initiate SOW Procurement and Legal process in the systemTrack, monitor, and report budgetWhat do you need for this position: Bachelor education, Master preferredAt least 3 years of vendor management and/or invoicing processes experience3+ years of Learning Vendor management on the ground experience (desirable)English: fluent (speaking, reading, writing)Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
