**Job Overview**:We are looking for a Administrative Operations Manager to join our fully remote team.
In this role,



you will take ownership of a variety of administrative tasks and help streamline operations.
We need someone who is a self-starter, highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:- **Data Entry**: Maintain and update various systems, spreadsheets, and CRMs.- **Create SOPs**: Develop and document standard operating procedures.- **Manage Daily Operations**: Oversee daily tasks to keep the team and processes running smoothly.- **Contractor Management**: Find, vet, and communicate with contractors.- **CRM Management**: Input and manage data in our CRM systems.- **Spreadsheet Management**: Create and maintain spreadsheets for tracking and reporting purposes.- **Handle Miscellaneous Tasks**: Assist with any ad-hoc tasks that arise in the day-to-day business.
**Required Skills/Experience**:- Proficiency in **Google Suite** (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.
).- Ability to **learn new systems quickly** and adapt to changes.- Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail.- Experience with **CRM systems** (preferred,



but not required).- **Excellent communication skills** in English (both written and verbal).
**Work Hours & Availability**:- Full-time position**:9 AM - 6 PM EST**.- Fully remote but must have reliable access to a computer and high-speed internet.
**Salary & Benefits**:- **$1,000/month** base salary.- **Paid time off (PTO)** and company-observed holidays.
