**Function**- Build the Sales team for the Accounting and Tax project.- Hire, train and coach Sales agents.- Monitor and Motivate the sales agents to reach the desired DPAD.- Set daily targets, glide path and career growth for the sales team.
**Scope**- Responsible for the proper hiring, training, onboarding, and management of agents, TLs, and additional administrative personnel- Lead and systems management with the help of other departments and direct reports.- Deciding on sales methods, formats, scripts, procedures, incentives, skill development, coaching, and team structure.
**Key Responsibilities.
Responsible for**:- Achieve or surpass the forecasted Deals per Agent during the proof of concept timeline and initial implementation into production.- Produce clean sales to ensure customer longevity.- Developing viable new techniques, structures, concepts, methods, markets and verticals into Proof of Concept stage and implementing into Production,
including support of production beyond implementation.- Manage Lead procurement and usage.- Work closely with the Fulfillment team to make the Customer journey seamless.
**Requirements**:**Minimal requirements**:- At least 2 years selling Accounting and Tax services experience
