We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Regional Launch Manager** based in _Torreon Plant, Torreon Coah., Mex._ _(E-Systems Division).
As Regional Launch Manager you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to an Operations Director.
**Your Task will be**
- Achieve financial budgets
- Strong knowledge as Launch Manager
- Experience in new launches, PPAP, Customer requirements
- Control of CAPEX, budget control knowledge
- Continuous improvement
- Follow up audits to Plants
- Monitor industrialization
- Program Transfers
**To be Successful in this rule you will need**:
- Education**:Bachelor's Degree on Industrial Engineering, or any related field.
Master's degree is a Plus
- At least 5 years of working experience in the Automotive sector
- Analytical mind and excellent problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding communication
- Wiring process expert
- English: Proficient
