Currently we are looking for our next:
**PepsiCo Food North America CTO Infrastructure Delivery Lead**
**What will you be doing?
**
PepsiCo Foods North America CTO Infrastructure Delivery Lead, this role is responsible for end-to-end IT delivery of all Quaker North America, Frito-Lay Canada and shared services field locations.
This work includes infrastructure design and delivery (Network, Voice, Unified Communications and Compute) using PepsiCo engineering standards.
The role is also responsible for managing 1-2 contract project managers and partnering with 10-15 3rd party providers.
Financial management will be key as this role manages ~$5MM in investment across ~10 active projects annually.
This role will communicate with mid-level and senior level executives providing status of all programs and financials as well as taking in new business requirements.
Excellent English communications skills are required both written and verbal.
In addition to supporting Quaker and our PepsiCo Foods Canada sector this role will provide support for the North American CTO Delivery Sr.
Manager through daily management of inventory, WAN Circuit Delivery and other process-oriented activities.
**Scope**:
Delivery ~10 New site moves, expansions and decommissions annually.
Partner with our business (Quaker Oats US and Canada, Frito-Lay Canada as well as our Corporate and Global Functions group) on work intake, project planning and project reporting.
Directly accountable for manage ~$5MM in annual investment (estimating, planning, forecasting, PO approval and capitalization reporting).
Partner with PepsiCo IT towers on standards, requirements and innovation.
Manage a small team of project managers, and multiple 3rd party vendors.
Design and estimate site move, add, change models to support business planning.
Manage day to day escalations critical to keeping projects on track.
**Accountabilities**:
- Deliver field site add, move and change, delivering ~10 sites annually on time and on budget
- Translate business requirements and build detailed estimation models for infrastructure delivery programs
- Write and manage support documentation for IT capital expense requests for new projects
- Review and approve low level network and voice designs
- Maintain strategic partnerships with engineering, architecture and 3rd party suppliers to ensure adherence to PepsiCo Network and Security standards
- Maintain business relationships with the CIO team and direct business contacts
- Manage both baseline and investment budgets within forecast accuracy guidelines, report out financial risks and challenges
- Develop business proposal estimates with cost-benefit analysis
- Identify and deliver process improvement initiatives
- Identify and deliver key metrics and reporting tools
- Write and review statements of work with a focus on fixed bid delivery model to reduce cost and complexity
- Partner with procurement to author, review and revise RFP and SOW documents
- Communicate and report out to Sr. management on program status and updates
- Manage and develop direct reports to grow and become successful future leaders
- Manage multiple 3rd party suppliers
- Manage delivery of fix bid statements of work
Qualifications:

**Technical**:
- 10+ years of IT infrastructure experience
- 5+ years of experience delivering infrastructure services (Network, Compute, Voice, Database, Unified Communications)
- 2+ years delivering complex end to end infrastructure programs (encompassing multiple it towers)
- Experience driving innovation and developing long term strategies
- 2+ years reporting tools i.e.
Tableau, Power BI, etc.
- CCNA or equivalent
- 2+ years' experience Cisco Voice, Avaya Voice and unified communication solutions like Zoom or Teams
- Cloud Compute and Network Certifications
- 5+ years program management experience
- PLM Certification a plus
