Purpose of the position:
- Coordinate the Imports Process, Storage and Distribution of the LSDx Division.
(Guarantee
receipt and entry of materials, Labeling, Allocation in warehouse, Billing and Delivery of
Orders to the end user).
- Guarantee the flow of Imports, as well as the conditions of the cold chain product.
(Followup of shipments, review and signing of customs documents, requests for advance payments
and payment of taxes).
- Organize the daily activities of the 3PL Logistics Operator for reception, storage and Delivery
of Purchase Orders.
- Compliance with Official Mexican Standards for the Manufacture and Distribution of Medical
Devices and Technovigilance (NOM 240 and NOM 241 of the SSA).
- Compliance with Tariff and Non-Tariff Restrictions of merchandise, knowledge of COFEPRIS
Sanitary Registries.
- Follow-up of non-conformities within the Supply Chain (Returns of material, Missing and
claims for damaged material).
- Evaluation of suppliers to guarantee the quality of services, monitor performance and costs
(Establish KPI's Performance indicators).
- Analysis of the information generated in SAP (Sales Reports, Income, Expenses, Stock
Volumes and Purchase Orders).
- Control and administration in SAP of the equipment of the Installed Base (DEMO & RENTAL
Equipments).
Duties and responsibilities:
- Ensure that materials are properly treated, labeled and packaged to ensure shipping and
delivery under appropriate conditions to customers.
- Review of Stock Levels VS Backlog Report (Open Orders).
- Responsible for the Daily Operation, follow-up of the activities of the 3PL.
- Follow-up of non-conformities of the clients (Capture of non-conformities, Returns of
material and Replacement Requests).
- Responsible for the return of products in the event of a problem with the item or packaging.
- Management of the physical inventory VS SAP, organize and update the documentation of
the area.
- Coordinate with the 3PL Logistics Operator the management of delivery routes, as well as
import logistics that guarantee the reduction of freight costs.
- Define the flow of warehouse processes and procedures in search of optimization and
compliance with COFEPRIS requirements.
- Review and signing of the Documentation requested by the customs agent to ensure that all
merchandise meets import requirements.
- Ensure compliance with the NOM's issued by the federal and local authorities that are
responsible for their area.
- Support calls with the SAP consulting company, monitoring and testing.
- Generation and review of reports at management level (Finance, Accounting, Sales).
- Compliance with Internal Processes and Global Policies.
Expertise required:
1.
8-10 years of experience in similar positions and preferably in the Healthcare sector.
2.
Logistics activities and administrative processes.
3.
Management of perishable product and cold room warehouse (controlled temperature).
4.
Accounting knowledge (depreciation of equipment, financial reports).
5.
Essential knowledge in SAP
6.
Knowledge in quality regulation (COFEPRIS).
