**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Understand each role and what makes them successful so that you can properly recruit for all open positions
- Establish qualification requirements and put together the job description for each position with the department manager
- Filter applicants based on company and role criteria
- Research and understand market pay practices
- Understand the business' big picture vision and revenue goals and how each hire will impact the business
- Analyze recruitment platforms and recommend improvements or changes as necessary
- Support the HR Manager
- Conduct onboarding for new hires
**ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS**
Reports directly to the Chief Happiness Officer (HR Manager)
**QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum two (2) years experience in recruitment,
- Sharp, resourceful, proactive and tech savvy; must be familiar with posting on various job platforms
- High-speed,
reliable internet with at least 50 MBPS upload and 10 MBPS download
- Quiet dedicated workspace with a computer/ laptop capable of managing company's IT systems

- *_COMPENSATION*
$7.00 USD per hour + signing bonus for each new hire that is successfully recruited
**WORKING HOURS**
Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM Pacific Standard Time (40 hours per week) with a one-hour unpaid lunch break.
**BENEFITS**
- 10 paid days off (PTO) per year (once you've been with the company for four months)
Pay: $20,000.00 - $35,000.00 per month
