**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**
Give support to the sales team with information, inputs and dashboards, in Excel, Power Bi and other platforms for decision making, additionally calculate the budget and the variable bonus of the sales team according to the coverage of their quotas.
Always look for ways to add value to the reports that are currently delivered, with improvements and automation.
**Your Impact**
As Sales Support Assoc Analyst your functions would consist of:
- Building effective relationships with the customer team is critical to success and therefore requires the Analyst to liaise with key contacts within the customer team to ensure strong customer-based execution of tactical programs.
- Support the sales team with information, reporte and inputs necessary for decision making.
- Calculate the budget for the different channels and categories of the sales team.
- Calculation of variable incentive for the sales force according to budget coverage.
- Prepare reports to give visibility to the sales team on the coverage of their budgets and trends.
- Look for improve, automate and standardize the reports we have in the sector as with the rest of Latam in order to add more value to what we deliver.
- Prepare documents to give visibility to the most important commercial initiatives to sector.
- Ensure delivery of accurate and timely data in accordance with agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications:

- Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent Bachelors' degree.
- 1 - 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in compensation or pays (preferable).
- Customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skills.
- Clear Communication to all stakeholders (internal and external).
- Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Fluent English oral and written communication skills.
- Follow up and escalate when needed.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
