Sola Wood Flowers is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join our team.
As our Supply Chain Manager, you will work closely with our executive team, product, and supply chain team to execute mission-critical projects and oversee day-to-day functions.
We are flexible around experience level, and comfortable hiring someone with between 2 to 10 years of work experience.
Experience in/around DTC & eCommerce is preferred but not required.

At Sola Wood Flowers, we are transforming what artificial flowers can be by providing better flowers for less with our affordable eco-friendly wooden flowers and currently serve over 6% of American weddings annually.




We're working towards building a modernized $100mm+ vertically-integrated platform selling through direct-to-consumer, owned retail and traditional wholesale channels.
Sola Wood Flowers has grown to ~100 people in less than 4 years and is looking to continue our rapid-growth with the right Supply Chain Manager.
Our founders have successfully started, bought and sold consumer brands in the past, and are looking to do it again with Sola Wood!

**Key Objectives**:

- Work with our team to negotiate with existing vendors, visit these vendors, and improve COGS and quality.
- Help our executive team allocate resources and capital during our quarterly and annual offsites.
- Work with product and supply chain teams to reconfigure existing products to remove waste and improve customer experience.
- Work hand-in-hand with our executive team to tackle mission-critical projects related to supply chain, procurement and related departments.
- Own supply chain, end to end, for our company.
- Manage and develop our team members in China,



India and Mexico.
- Analyze and work with data to discover business opportunities and improvements.
**Requirements**:

- Excellent spoken English.
- Deep supply chain experience, preferably in a fast-growing startup environment.
- No problem jumping into any part of the business.
You are eager and ready to learn!
- Are able to provide references as requested.

**Examples of What You'll Be Doing**:

- Negotiating supplier contracts and requirements.
- Improving existing processes to streamline the way RFQs and similar items are handled.




- Assist our Operations team with implementing lean manufacturing initiatives and culture at our facility in Monterrey.
**How Our Hiring Works & How We Operate**:

- When hiring, we'll work with you to define the KPIs you'll be responsible for and set targets.
This removes ambiguity around wondering if you're doing a good job after you start.
- Initial soft interview, then a long-form live technical interview with the appropriate department.
Our average time-to-hire from our first interview is ~8 - 10 days.
We pride ourselves on timely responses and updates for applicants.

If you've used Scaling Up or something like OKRs, you'll likely slip into Traction easily!

**Salary**: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month
