A US-based product company is looking for QA Engineer.
**About Company**

We are a US-based product company with 20+ years in the healthcare market.
We work with tons of data from insurance companies, hospitals, and other medical institutions.
The company creates solutions for doctors, hospitals, and insurance companies to be able to communicate effectively, share information, submit reports, and essentially grow businesses.
There are multiple microservices connected together via the single sign-on functionality.

**About Team**

Currently, we are ~360 people (mainly in Ukraine, Belarus, and to the East) - Developers, Manual QAs, Automation QAs, Project Managers,



UI/UX designers, DevOps.
The QA Team consists of 58 people: 44 Manual QAs, 4 API QAs, 7 Automation QAs, 3 Database QAs.

**General Info**
- Fully remote

- Rate: $20/h - $25/h
- Work experience: 1+ years
- Language: Ukrainian/ rus speakers only
- Time zone: US time zone only

**About You**
- have 1+ years of experience working in IT as a QA Engineer (not just a tester)
- are good at finding, analyzing, and reporting bugs
- have good UX knowledge
- want to work with test cases, auto tests
- have a stable internet connection.

**Your tasks will mainly be**
- rigorous testing
- bug reporting
- creating/ updating test cases
- analyzing auto tests results

**What methodology do you use?
**
- We currently have 14 Project Managers.
Everyone can set up the process on his/ her service a bit differently, but mostly we use Kanban.
**What English level should I have?
**
- You should know English well enough to write test documentation.
**Do you work with the time tracker?
**
- Yes

**Is there a contract?
**
- Yes, we sign a contract

**Is it a monthly fixed-priced or hourly-based payment?

- Hourly based with the full-time load

**Do you hire people for several months?
**
- No, it's a long-term position (can be 5+ years)

**What testing will I need to do?
**
- Mainly functional, UI, usability, integration, API; smoke, regression

**What tools do you use?
**
- Mainly Jira, Confluence, Slack, Zoom, Gsuite, Zephyr for test cases,



Postman or similar for API testing

**Do you have auto tests?
**
- Yes, we have 300k+ auto tests written using Java, Selenium WebDriver, Circle CI, Allure reports, Jenkins

**Is it possible to change a position to Auto QA in the future?

- Yes, we support moving to Auto QA or any other direction if you're interested (PM, UI/UX, etc.)
**Will I have a mentor who would help me to start efficiently?

- Yes, you'll have a lot of useful information in text and recordings as well as people whom you may ask all questions to

**Is there a probation period?
**
- About 3 months

**What are the working hours?
**
- We're looking for a person to work in the US time zone.
There is no strict schedule.
You may start and finish +- several hours

- We usually ask for a desirable rate and then offer a position to people who have the best rate/ skills ratio

- Yes, but for QA positions - the communication happens with a QA Lead

**Are 58 QAs all work together?
**
- We have some meetings together but mainly you will work with 2-5 QAs on a particular service(s)

- Ukrainian/ rus is used for communication.
English - for documentation, bug reports, test cases, etc.
