**JOB TITLE**: Senior Project Specialist**REPORTS TO TITLE**: Project Manager (I/O), Sr. Project Manager(I/O)**BUSINESS FUNCTION/ SUB-FUNCTION**: Project Management**LOCATION**: Any LocationROLE PURPOSEThe Senior Project Specialist handles assigned daily project activities independently and correspondswith internal stakeholders as assigned and required.This role supports Project Managers with internal and external project meetings, creating, reviewing, and updating project documentation, status reportsand other material as needed.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES- Maintenance of detailed project documentation including meeting minutes, action items,
issues lists and risk management plans.- Tracks the progress and reports out on timeliness and quality of work being performed by vendors in order to achieve client milestones.- Engages in site management mostly dealing with routine items and sometimes dealing with complex issues.
Able to support medium to high complexity Projects.- Leads efforts associated with the successful execution of project tasks as directed by the Project Manager.- Ownership of delegated project activities to ensure the timely and quality execution of project deliverables based on scope-of-services- Handle- Responsible for delegated- Has ownership of delegated responsibilities in supporting the management and execution of all assigned projects.DECISION MAKING AND INFLUENCE- As a member of staff, the employee is expected to embrace and contribute to our culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes adding value to our business and meeting client needs.- Responsible for compliance with Company Procedures in support of client deliverables- Recognize,
exemplify and adherence to the company values which centre around our commitment to People, Clients, and performanceKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES**Essential**:- Must be able to use own initiative and work independently as needed- Must be a team- Must be able to communicate effectively with all members of Client Services and have excellent written and spoken English skills- Able to multi-task and work with multiple team members- Must have excellent time management, communication (oral and written), and organizational skills- Must be detail orientated- Must have solid MS Office Suite experience - Word, Excel, PowerPoint**Desirable**:- Bachelors' degree or equivalent or relevant experience- Background in Pharmaceutical,
