As a Sr.
Associate Remittance Ops & Sys, you will:

- Active problem solving and timely resolution of account balance reconciliation
- Strong analytical/logical thinker
- Strong customer service skills
- Thorough research skills




- Complete all work accurately and efficiently
- Make good business decisions in order to minimize bad debt and churn
- Contact and/or assist internal and external customers to resolve payment and refund inquiries
- Maintain and generate reports from various systems and create spreadsheets, charts and graphs
- Maintain a working knowledge of all aspects of the GCP group
- Provide feedback to management regarding training needs
- Support other team members in the completion of their job duties as needed; collaborate with team members in resolving problems and attaining One Contact Resolution
- Participate in training to develop cross functionality within the department
- Prepare reports to document work and associated results
- Prepare month end journal entries
- Other duties/special projects as assigned
- Overtime required as necessary
- Minimum of 6 months Payment Investigation experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, detail oriented environment




- Excellent interpersonal, time management, communication and organizational skills
- Demonstrated decision-making ability
- Demonstrated reliability, integrity and confidentiality
- Ability to operate a personal computer and various types of office equipment
- Associate degree in related discipline or equivalent experience preferred
- One or more years of relevant work experience
- Telecommunications Industry Knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
- Strong working knowledge of computer systems/software and computerized billing
