**Know about our client**:Our client is known for building marketing systems for dozens of food and beverage brands to grow, engage and convert new customers over the last 10 years.We are looking for a top star **Paid Media Buyer, **eager to be part of a collaborative environment and work with a modern conscious company.
**Some your main responsibilities will be**:- Plan, create, and execute engaging paid media campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and goals.- Monitor and analyze ad performance on a daily basis,



making data-driven optimizations to maximize campaign effectiveness.- Become an "expert" in Google Ads offerings and opportunities, including search, display, YouTube, and Performance Max.- Meticulously manage budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and preventing overspending.- Stay up to date with the latest best practices and strategies in social media and paid advertising, incorporating them into campaign planning and execution.- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the digital ecosystem, including search, social, native, and display channels, and leverage this knowledge to optimize campaign performance.- Collaborate with the team to contribute to media strategy development and build Google Ad plans, including audience targeting, messaging, flighting, and budgeting.- Gain deep insights into clients' businesses, goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to tailor campaigns for maximum impact.- Proactively manage paid campaigns to achieve diverse client goals, such as engagement, leads, sales, reach and frequency, and brand awareness.- Analyze performance data, draw intelligent conclusions,



and provide actionable recommendations for campaign improvements.- Prepare and deliver strategic media recommendations, including well-defined objectives, strategies, and rationales.- Conduct ad testing to identify high-performing ads and leverage insights for future campaigns.- Maintain effective communication with clients and account teams, ensuring alignment on campaign planning, performance, and project status.- Take ownership of campaign execution, ensuring flawless implementation and timely delivery.
**Schedule**:Monday to Friday**Requirements**:- 3+ years of experience running Google ad campaigns.- Clear written English communication skills (for reporting purposes)- Ability to be generally online between 9am to 6pm PT.- Experience analyzing data to provide insights and recommendations in a clear and concise manner for clients who may not have a deep understanding of the platform.- Experience in regular reporting, collaborative strategic planning, and performance management- Skilled in Google Apps (sheets, slides, docs)- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment- Analytical, detail-oriented, organizational skills, self-motivated- Proficient in balancing and adhering to strict budgets
