We are looking for a talented GENERAL PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR join our team specializing in MANUFACTURING for our CUMMINS FUEL SYSTEMS in CIUDAD JUÁREZ, CHIHUAHUA, MÉXICO
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Leading a team of supervisors to achieve daily productivity and quality goals
- Monitoring Safety, Quality and Efficiency KPI's and presenting them to Staff
- Lead Product Engineering Team
- Build Effective Teams, Develop Talent, and Drive Engagement
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- 4+ years of solid experience in a Production Supervisor or Production Coordinator position in Automotive Industry
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced English Level
- Personnel Management experience
- Solving problems tools experience
- Quality and Health and Safety Engagement
- Outlook and Microsoft Office knowledge, Excel (basic formulas)
