This is a unique opportunity to lead a global team of IT assurance experts and play a critical role in designing and assessing the efficiency of IT Application Controls across the company's IT landscape.
Key ResponsibilitiesCo-design, improve,
and drive the efficiency and effectiveness of Novartis IT controls landscapeCollaborate with Corporate Financial Controls and Compliance Team to review critical IT Application Controls relevant to financial reportingProvide assurance in areas such as SAP and other ERP systemsIdentify process and IT controls improvement opportunities and drive implementationTest IT application controls, ensuring SOX compliance and reliabilityDrive the processes risk assessment with consideration of risks coming from IT environment, relevant application systems, data warehouses, and IT infrastructureCollaborate with IT Application Owners and Business Process Owners in helping to identify SOX relevant IT Applications and InfrastructuresWe are looking for a candidate with extensive experience in auditing ERP systems, IT environments, and automated business process controls. You should have a solid understanding of external audit approaches, concepts, and methodology, as well as the ability to lead a team of experts across multiple locations and time zones.
