From concept to design, development, production, and implementation, we provide end-to-end engineering and technology solutions to our clients.As a Project Planning Specialist JR at ALTEN Mexico, you will be responsible for supporting the planning and coordination of projects.
You will work closely with project managers and team members to ensure project timelines, resource allocation,
and deliverables are met.
This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills.
**Requirements**:Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance or Business.- 0 to 2 years automotive industry experience at an OEM or large tier 1 in any of the following areas: Product development engineering, program management, finance, accounting or quality- Advanced to expert skill level in using Excel and PowerPoint.- Advanced skills required in manipulating, interpreting, comparing, and overall analysis of large data sets/financialsPreferred Qualifications:- Full Program Life-cycle Experience- Stellantis PDP understanding is a plus- Launch Experience a plus- Manufacturing process fundamentals understanding (parts priority)- Management of scheduling timelines- Be in charge of build coordination & support- VISA preferableEnglish advanced**Benefits**- Benefits higher than those required by law- Professional growth and development (Both in Mexico, Canada and Europe as well as the United Kingdom, Spain)- Indeterminate Contract- Preferiable HYBRID (QRO 3D-ONSITE)
