In this role, you will collaborate with the Product team and your Engineering and Design colleagues to drive the product forward every day.

and help define and build new ways for people to manage pre-conditions and chronic disease.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Team Lead /Full-stack Engineer, to take the step up to lead and grow a team and to design a new, improved product from scratch, creating new ways for people to manage pre-conditions and chronic disease.Qualifications as LEAD Backend:- 3+ years of experience leading small teams- Fullstack experience but strong in the Backend: API/ experience in a web microservices architecture- Excellent communications skills with the ability to share insights and expectations with the team, stakeholders, and colleagues, both locally and remotely- Skills in understanding and implementing a solution throughout the full Technology stack.- Ability to effectively report team progress- Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsBENEFITS AND TERMS- Competitive Salary in USD- Full time - 40 hrs - Independent contractor- 100% Remote Mexico- 9 holidays,
