.At Factorial, we're looking for a new Partnerships Sales Development Representative for Latam market to help us bring Factorial to the next level.If you have an entrepreneurial soul, this role will be a perfect fit for you as we are building the whole business unit from scratch and there will be lots of opportunities to take ownership and build the processes yourself!Ready to be part of the challenge?The RoleProspecting, strategizing, and qualifying the best leads with the partners.Engage with prospects via high-volume cold-calling (60-80 calls/day), networking, email, e-marketing, campaigns,
and social outreach.Create your own strategy to seek and analyze prospect information online to leverage in sales efforts.Analyzing prospect business needs, understanding processes, determining requirements, and ascertaining potential solutions.Search for new potential strategic partners and manage the full sales cycle with them until they join our partner program.Identify and build strong relationships with potential partners that align strategically with us in the HR and tech space (our partners sell, implement, and support Factorial).Gather feedback from our partners and their clients on a regular basis to identify pains and opportunities to further develop our partnership channel.You will report directly to the Partnership's Manager and Senior Leadership Team.Minimum RequirementsSpanish native and fluent in English.Has a hunter mentality, is hungry, persistent, and ready to hustle.Possesses +2 years experience in B2B Sales/SaaS/Tech.Has +1 year experience working in a sales or channel position, preferably full cycle B2B.Demonstrates ownership in each activity you develop.Is detail-oriented, organized, ethical, responsible,
and self-motivated.Is a strong communicator and can quickly empathize with people.Bonus PointsExperience in a startup or fast-paced environment, knowledge/experience in Human Resources/Software/Payroll and/or SMBs market, and experience using typical sales tools like Hubspot.
