Our mission is to provide exceptional service and ensure the well-being of our residents while maximizing the value of our properties.Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced On site Manager/Administrator with a background in maintenance and administration to oversee the day-to-day operations of our condominium complex.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with strong organizational skills and a passion for creating exceptional living experiences.
If you have a proven track record in property management and are committed to maintaining high standards of property maintenance and administration, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of property maintenance, including landscaping, cleaning, and repairs, to ensure the condominium complex is well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing.Develop and manage the annual budget, track expenses, and negotiate contracts with service providers to ensure cost-effectiveness.Hire, train, and supervise maintenance staff and contractors, ensuring that all work is completed to high standards and within budget.Oversee security measures to ensure the safety of residents and property, including coordinating with security personnel and implementing emergency preparedness plans.Serve as a point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and disputes in a timely and professional manner.Enforce community rules and regulations,
taking appropriate action to address violations and maintain order within the complex.Plan and oversee capital improvement projects to enhance the value and functionality of the property.Maintain accurate records of property maintenance, financial transactions, and resident communications.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in property management, business administration, engineering or related field (preferred) or Proven experience in property management, with at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.Background in maintenance or facilities management, with strong knowledge of property maintenance best practices.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with residents, staff, and vendors.Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities,
