and risk management.Identify opportunities to enhance existing financial processes at property level.Partner with finance teams to implement process improvements and best practices.Monitor and assess the impact of process changes.Lead the implementation and optimization of financial systems.Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors for system integration.Manage user training and change management efforts.Support financial setup for hotel openings.Train and develop Directors of Finance for new hotel openings.Assist new hotels with preparing pre-opening budgets.Present a final installation report to the respective Director of Finance and General Manager.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.Effective communicator,
able to convey guiding principles.Encourage a culture of creativity and innovation.Uphold and reinforce Hyatt's Values and Culture Characteristics.QualificationsBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.5-7 years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years leading finance projects.Experience in hotel operations a strong plus.Strong understanding of finance functions, processes, and systems
