Team and Role Overview
Adenza is looking for a Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead the recruiting function across the Americas region.
The recruiting leader will be instrumental in developing, driving and implementing the recruiting strategy for Americas region,
with a significant responsibility of scaling up Adenza's Mexico CoE.
The position will work closely with both regional and global leaders across various teams.
**Responsibilities**:
Define the recruiting strategy for the region.
Partner with business leaders, strategic HR partners and the recruiting team to design recruiting strategies & processes to consistently attract and hire the right talent for Adenza
Identify, attract, and successfully onboard new team members, fulfilling the needs of the hiring teams and adding to our dynamic culture
Manage and lead a team of recruiting professions.
Help them develop and build capabilities to hire qualified talent
Build network and relationships with people who are passionate about their career path and are aligned with Adenza's values
Support, influence, and direct hiring managers on recruiting best practices, interview, and selection techniques, and training as applicable
Skills And Requirements
Around 10 years of industry experience with a recent focus on technical and functional recruiting
At least 2 years' experience as people manager
Experience recruiting for talent in Mexico required; US and/or Canada strongly preferred
Ability to leverage market data and people analytics to influence and drive strategic talent attraction strategies
Self-directed problem solver with experience leading process improvement projects
Passionate for Automation, familiarity with recruiting analytics, metrics and reporting is desirable for success of this role
Experience of hiring in/for FinTech organizations will be an added advantage
