**Job Details**

Responsible for Payroll Tier 2 functions performing specialty administrative and transaction processing activity to support Tier 1 role, CORP payroll group, HR responsible, in an indirect way or by escalation employees and managers across the Enterprise in HR Core processes and related services, including efforts to:

- Provide specialized assistance to Core Payroll functions performed at the Payroll Monterrey Organization.
- Holds responsibility on the proper, on time and correct Queue Management including transferring cases to the CORP Payroll area and other areas at the HR SSC.
- Interacts with multiple levels in the organization including: HR SSC, COE'S, AP, Vendors, Finance, etc.




- Performs audits on cases and payments, acts as first point of contact to the CORP Payroll group.
**The HR Ops Analyst Payroll II main Tasks / Responsibilities (not limited)**
- Attend escalated Tier1's calls from employees, Manager, Vendors and HRBP's and tracking the solution via the ticketing system Microsoft Dynamic CRM.
- Received from Tier1's filtered escalated cases related to main activities: Off Cycle payments, one time Payments, Deductions, over & under payments and others.
- Responsible to route cases on time to the proper Queues meaning other areas cases including Payroll CORP team.
- Performs Data entry in Workday and ODS per pay period.
- Run calculations and simulations as needed.
- Accomplish and Monitor T1 performance, about the Case Management Framework & SLA's indicated for cases.
- Holds responsibility to create and update Work Instructions, related materials, guides, process flow charts and reference documents for the main processes supported at the HR SSC Payroll group,



in addition is responsible for the maintenance of the repository in AskHanna site updating content and ensure elimination procedures.
- Document and Perform quality audits on core processes, gathering documentation needed.
This include any SOX, compliance and internal audit too.
- Hold responsibility to execute the onboarding program for new team members, perform evaluation and support shadowing process.
- Lead and or Support internal training sessions for the Payroll team at the HR SSC.
- In general support leadership to identify training needs, this includes lead or support the execution of trainings and content evaluation.
- Support M&A;, divestitures, reorganizations
- Support testing for systems enhancements or upgrades related to HR SSC Payroll operation.
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree,



Finance/accountant or business/international business preferred
- 1 to 3 years of working experience in a HR Service Center or HR operations.
- High English Proficiency (written and spoken), capable of delivering presentations and coordinating work teams in English.
Other languages such as French, Portuguese are desirable
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in multiple projects successfully and simultaneously.
- Ability to understand and develop successfully partnerships with customers.
- High Customer Service orientation.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to track and follow up.
- Excellent attention to details.
- Analytical thinking skills
