Contracts for LATAM and WHQ (60% of the Job) Create and implement strategy and structure (people, process and technology) to absorb significant volume of U.S. based supply contract volume starting with indirect procurement and with potential for expansion.Review, negotiate NDA´s, LTAs, Services Agreements, Leasing, Bailments, Construction and Sales/Distribution Agreements for Carrier Mexico (Direct/Indirect Purchases, Employees, Construction/Special Projects, Leasing,
Supplier Disputes both national and international).2.
Direct Purchases, Indirect/3PL Service agreements/Bailments Transicold Mexico & Sensitech (LATAM) Dealer/Sales Intermediary implementationOnboarding & Training (Legal)Site Audits (LATAM Travel)Negotiate Distribution AgreementsSpecial Direct Sales projectsImplement Contract Lifecycle Management Project for LATAM SalesSupply Agreements (spare parts, refurbish, OEM´s, Tier 2 parts development)SSS Carrier (Specialized service agreements, employee agreements, intercompany loans/payments, etc.
