**ACCOUNT DIRECTOR (Public Affairs)****Requirements**:+9 years of experience in communication agency (full service).+4 years in similar positions.Proficiency English (fluent).Degree in Communication,
Marketing or similar.Knowledge of 360 communication strategies (essential).Client service.Knowledge of the public affairs industry in the local market.New Business.
**Activities**- Responsible for the practical day-to-day operations of his operations center, profit and loss.- Develops, grows, and maintains long-term relationships with high-profile clients and key media outlets.- Identifies, leads and generates new business with existing and potential clients, according to the KPIs of their area.- Contributes to the growth of the company in general.- Responsible for customer satisfaction with respect to all programs and projects managed.- Responsible for the profitability and financial aspects of all his accounts.- Promotes the professional development of staff, guides them and encourages their development.- Manages the planning process of communication strategies.- Provides strategic advice to high-level clients.- Work with other Business Directors to integrate and drive better results through collaboration.
