.As a Program Manager at Motive Solutions Software, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing multiple software development projects from inception to completion.
You will ensure that all projects align with business goals, are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Your leadership, organizational skills, and strategic vision will be crucial in driving the success of our programs and contributing to our company's growth.
**Main Responsibility Areas**:- Develop comprehensive program plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
Ensure alignment with business goals and strategic priorities- Oversee the execution of multiple concurrent projects,
ensuring that deliverables are met according to plan.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion- Serve as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders, including senior management and clients- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project delivery- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues.
Develop and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on program objectives- Ensure that all projects meet quality standards and adhere to company policies and best practices.
Implement processes to monitor and improve project quality- Monitor program budgets and ensure financial resources are used effectively.
Track expenses and manage budget variances- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program management processes and methodologies.
Share lessons learned and best practices across the organization- Prepare and present regular program status reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
Provide insights and recommendations based on program performance data.
**Key Skills & Competencies**:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Advanced degrees and relevant certifications (e.G., PMP, PgMP) are a plus- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and project management tools (e.G., Jira, Trello)- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams towards achieving program goals- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences effectively- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in identifying and resolving issues proactively- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
