At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u.Currently we are looking for our next: **Merchandising PDQ Analyst****Which is the main objective of this role?
**Support the development and improvement of products, processes,
and technologies related with PDQ (pre-packed exhibition equipment) for the large format segment (self-service stores).
Align all involved teams such as marketing, procurement, excite, planning and commercial strategy.Collaborate with cross-functional teams from different departments such as KAMs, R&D;, design agencies, external vendors, and quality control to ensure that the designed product meets customer requirements.
Accountable of conducting research on new technologies, products, or materials.
Analyze performance and cost data, perform experiments, and develop prototypes.
Develop specifications for products, including the design, materials, and manufacturing processes.
Support senior Merchandising coordinator in carrying out their duties,
such as design proposals, co-packing kick off sessions, and project management.Manage 32 projects annually, 6 to 9 run simultaneously.Manage budget spend of 7.5MM on PDQ for Savory, Nuts & seeds and Oat categories
