**Project** Description**:About the ProjectThe project management office automotive is responsible to drive the improvement of project management within the automotive delivery organisation.
This includes hands-on project support/task force management, project manager mentoring, running the PM community, making the project setup more efficient, provide tooling support for new projects, extract re-usable processes, know how and other assets, and drive roll out of such assets.Our teamWe are a small, agile, pro-active and collaborative team of senior project/program managers.
We are internationally distributed (Germany, Romania, Serbia, Sweden, Ukraine).

**Responsibilities**:- Act as Project Management Excellence coach.
This includes:- Hands-On support in challenged projects in different locations**Analysis of root cause of issues- **Define counter measures with project team- **Actively support resolution of project issues- Drive project management transformation within Luxoft Automotive- Mentoring/Coaching of project managers- Derive re-usable assets and drive distribution to the whole delivery organisation- Drive improvement initiatives**Skills**:Must have- Program/Portfolio Management in Automotive Software Development domain- Agile Software Development Project Management- Automotive domain experience- Scrum framework- ASPICE implementation experienceNice to have- SAFe knowledge and hands-on experience- SAFe Programme Consultant (SPC) certification- LeSS knowledge and hands-on experience- Nexus knowledge and hands-on experience- Budget Management- Team Management- Hands-on facilitation experience**Languages**:German: B2 Upper IntermediateEnglish: C1 Advanced**Seniority**:Senior**Relocation package**:If needed, we can help you with relocation process.Line of BusinessAutomotiveVacancy SpecializationEngineering Project ManagementRef NumberVR-82336
