**SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER (Public Affairs)****Requirements**:+7 years of experience in communication agency (full service).+3 years in similar positions.Proficiency English (fluent).Degree in Communication,
Marketing or similar.Knowledge of 360 communication strategies (essential).Client service.Knowledge of the public affairs industry in the local market.New Business.
**Activities**- Provides the highest level of daily customer service through proactive account management.- Daily management of the area of expertise.- Oversees the day-to-day of client projects to ensure that the quality of work meets client objectives.- This person has daily contact with the client.- Researching, planning and developing strategic communication campaigns.- Contributes to the new business.- Defines the scope of work, monitors quality and performance across all accounts managed, and ensures quality of work and compliance with deadlines, in accordance with client expectations.- Develop strategic communication plans for the relationship of clients with the media.- Supports and implements a wide range of strategic communication and crisis management campaigns for high-profile and globally recognized clients.- Participate in multi-disciplinary,
multi-company and multi-geographic teams to provide the most compelling proposals.- Must be committed to the development and growth of the company, through process compliance, business development, etc.
