**Responsibilities**:
Manage calls of billing, retention charges, etc.
Generate crossales and upsales during the call
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
availability to work from monday to sunday (10am to 7pm ) 2 days off
training 1 month monday to friday onsite
nesting 1 month monday to friday onsite
ops monday to sunday 2 days off according performance an supervisor indications
**Skills**:
6 months of experience in call center
High School degree
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
