**Job Description Summary**: Responsible for all Power Software team operations, activities, performance, and development needs related to the team's interaction in a global environment by achieving technical growth, ownership of hardware, systems, process and/or product lines.
Also, responsible for executing business plans, providing, and maintaining compliance in technical, equipment, and human resources related processes and documentation.
Committed to building highly effective teams.
**Roles and Responsibilities**- Major Team Management - Collaborate in the definition of the team's vision and strategy and their execution.
Lead and monitor team progress; plan, manage and optimize team resources.
Execute the planning, financial,
resources development, technical and compliance sessions.- Team Development - decide, along upper management, the definition and selection of personnel profiles, define team member roles and requirements.
Own sessions C and salary planning.
Perform performance ratings, feedback sessions reviews, and individual learning plans.- Technical Contribution - Lead the execution and assessment of engineering activities to meet project needs- Quality - Ensure quality of deliverables, quality management Systems, 6S, Lean, responsible of the alignment with the QMS.- Responsible for the correct management and execution of projects/activities developed in the team- Global interaction with cross-functional teams; able to collaborate in areas related to work and to assure compliance with the requirements of the technology/process that he/she is responsible for- Execute the implementation of the Compliance plan and activities- Provide engineering approval signature for applicable engineering documentation**Required Qualifications**- Software/Electronics Bachelor's Degree- Demonstrated solid technical skills and experience aligned with Team Scope- Solid mentoring skills- Solid problem solving in technical and management problems- Solid leadership and communication skills- Demonstrated Project Management Skills or the ability to document, plan, execute, control, close and manage programs, projects, activities or systems- Demonstrated ability and experience on continues improvement- Experience in control, monitoring and status communication of different projects**Additional Information**:**Relocation Assistance Provided**:No
