**Project description**:Luxoft are partnering with a fintech to bring Open Banking to the North American market.A state of the art, cloud native SaaS solution has been built, implementing the FDX APIs, to facilitate Open Banking across a broad spectrum of financial services institutions within North America.
Luxoft will both develop and run the solution.
**Responsibilities**:The Service Delivery Lead will be responsible for:Managing the day to day operation of the Open Banking SaaS solutionManagement reporting and governance with the clientProviding Open Banking SME knowledge and mentoring the broader support team on Open Banking workflowsCollaborate with development and AWS SMEs to ensure smooth operation of the platform**Skills**:Must have7+ Years of Previous experienceExtensive Open Banking, including FDX APIs and Consent workflowsPrevious Experience leading a support teamCloud (AWS) or SaaS support exposureExperience dealing with customer senior managementNice to haveFrench language B2 or above**Other**:LanguagesEnglish: C2 ProficientSeniorityLeadRemote Mexico, MexicoReq.
