As we expand our portfolio, we are seeking a Clinical Trials Business Development Manager to join our team._- **Responsibilities**:_- _**Client Relationship Management**:_- _Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, including pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, and research institutions._- _Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective communication._- _Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions._- _**Market Research**:_- _Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, therapeutic areas, and emerging trends in the clinical trials landscape._- _Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to stay informed about opportunities and challenges._- _Provide regular updates on market developments to the management team._- _**Business Development**:_- _Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the clinical trials sector._- _Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the client base._- _Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations and regulatory affairs, to ensure comprehensive client solutions._- _**Proposal Development**:_- _Prepare and present high-quality proposals for clinical research studies._- _Work closely with scientific and regulatory teams to align proposals with industry standards and client expectations._- _Conduct presentations and address inquiries from clients during the proposal process._- _**Sales and Revenue Generation**:_- _Meet and exceed sales targets for clinical trial services._- _Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients._- _Track and report sales performance to the management team._- _**Networking**:_- _Attend industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to promote the company's clinical trial capabilities._- _Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries._- **Qualifications**:_- _Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus
