We are currently **seeking a Vendor Operations Specialist whose years of experience in vendor operations, inventory management, and product development processes will improve relationships and sales for our customers and partnerships in our already expanding brand.

**You will work directly with our CEO and founder**, other high-level management members and a team of highly skilled individuals to collaborate and develop.
**Key Responsibilities**:**Vendor Management (35%)**- Communicate with our factories to receive updates on production, confirm materials and timeline for our products,
with a sense of urgency and stressing a strict timeline.- Communicate with vendors to give feedback and insights on designs, receive updates on production and negotiate pricing to ensure high ROI, stellar quality and adherence to all deadlines.- Negotiate with our suppliers for best pricing on materials and final products, focusing on getting the best possible price, every time.- Communicate issues and concerns with our fulfillment centers, requesting explanation, offering suggestions and ensuring issues are not recurring.- Negotiate for refunds, discounts and other financials with our suppliers to compensate for issues or mistakes.
**B2C & B2B Inventory & Logistics Management (35%)**- CRM and Inventory Management (Barcoding, product pages, Invoices, etc.
)- Generate advance shipment notices (ASN) for our 3PL and tracking shipments through arrival.- Warehouse inventory management,
including calculating projections for restocking products so we are never out of stock.- Communicate with shipping carriers to receive updates on shipments and resolve problems that may arise in transit to eliminate delays.- Provide continuance to any shipments sent to B2B customers and communicate with team members
