**This position is responsible for managing existing and new customers relationships, selling Dow products and solutions while identifying new opportunities for unmet customers' needs.
Focused on the growth of market share participation and capture of new opportunities for the products within the business portfolio.The incumbent must have outstanding selling and negotiation skills in order to manage new or existing distribution relationships, knowledge of the key participants of the market share and be able to identify industry opportunities and customer needs resulting in sales and profitability of the business.
Be able to energize, motivate towards sales results.
**Main Responsibilities**:- Uses account planning tools, margin management tools, and electronic technology to develop and share account plans with appropriate stakeholders.- Defines annual, value-creating goals consistent with long term business strategy.- Develops and builds relationships with internal and external customers and influencers.- Produce appropriate sales forecasts and is able to capitalize on/ compensate for market changes.- Recognize, anticipate, and solve customer problems resulting in business opportunities and revenue growth.- Demonstrate sales excellence.- Achieves sales goals and objectives in assigned territory as derived by business strategies and marketing plans.- Understand and proactively analyzes customer's product and service needs, industry, and business.
**Required qualifications**- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and Business administration or related fields.- Relevant experience dealing with customer relationship and business discipline scenarios.- Availability to travel domestically and internationally (30% or 40% of the time).- Advances English in verbal and written communications.- Spanish in verbal and written communications.- Experience handling, managing and developing new customers.

**Additional notes**:- Teleworking contract is intended for employees who work from home (3 or more days per week), being able to work up to 2 days per week maximum from Dow locations
