**Position Overview**:**Key Responsibilities**:- Conduct welcome calls to understand client needs and expectations,
providing a personalized onboarding experience.- Guide new clients through the process of setting up and using our trucking software and systems.- Provide clear and concise documentation and training materials tailored to the needs of each client.- Work closely with sales and technical teams to ensure smooth handovers and immediate resolution of any setup issues.- Monitor client satisfaction throughout the onboarding process and report on onboarding metrics.- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively troubleshoot any initial challenges faced by clients.- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the onboarding process and enhance client readiness and satisfaction.- Schedule and lead online training sessions and webinars to educate clients on new features and updates.
**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, IT, or related field.- 2+ years of experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role preferably in the IT or logistics sector.- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build relationships remotely.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Proficient with CRM software, video conferencing tools,
and comfortable learning new technology platforms.- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining sharp attention to detail.- Empathy and a strong customer-oriented approach.
