****Responsibilities**:**Your Impact**As Productivity Sr. Analyst, LatAm your responsibilities would consist of:- Support productivity finance manager to coordinate the productivity / Opex Planning cycles (PSP/AOP/FCST) for LatAm, partnering with local & sectors FP&As;, Ops, and Supply Chain to ensure report consistency, data consolidation, target build up and proper alignment with different stakeholders.- Lead reporting and forecasting processes for long-term transformational projects (i.E.
CTG/ Odyssey) entailing coordination with Control and Local country finance teams, support to local country finance teams,
support to local Productivity and or FP&A; teams on the productivity build-up for key planning cycles AOP/PSP.- Lead/support Productivity guidance & governance and training across the sector to guarantee financial harmonization on consistency in productivity estimations.Qualifications:**¿Who Are We Looking For?
**- Advanced proficiency in business English both oral and written, including technical lexicon.- Able to design and implement strong financial models and scenarios.- Proven record in delivering results and customer expectations.- Strong interpersonal and communications skills.- Ability to work with people of different levels of the organization including senior management.- Data Management skills and proficient use of excel and/or other reporting tools as Power BI, Tableau models, and scenarios.- 2-3 years of experience in Finance roles.- **Education**:Bachelors in finance, CPA, industrial engineering,
