As an HR Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for providing HR support and advice to employees and managers in the NAMLAM region.
You will be part of our international HR Operations team, that manages HR processes such as onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR data management.
Execute a high standard of service, processes, and policies across regional HR operations to create an outstanding employee experience, simplicity, and customer satisfactionEnsuring day-to-day HR operations for the assigned countries by processing requests and services via ServiceNowProvide advice to managers and employees on various HR topics, inquiries, policies, procedures, and information requestsSingle point of contact for the assigned countryInitiate transactional processes on behalf of managers if neededAssist with performance management, including goal setting, feedback, and evaluationsEnable our employees, managers,
and stakeholders regarding HR processes and systems (such as Workday)Contribute to HR projects as needed with various deliverables such as: testing, translating, documenting, enablingMaintaining HR data in Workday, administration and organization of HR data and ensuring data quality and accuracyCreation of employment documents such as: contracts, certificates, addendums, salary increase etc.Supporting managers and other stakeholders in their HR administrative tasksPerforming routine tasks as part of HR processes delivery catalogueBachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Business, or related field1 year of HR experience, preferably in a shared service center environment is a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English and at least one secondary language such as: Spanish, Portuguese,
and/or French.Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholdersAnalytical mindset and problem-solving skillsExperience with (HR) systems, preferably Workday and ServiceNowAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
