**The **Role**
As a Tech Support Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our ticketing platform.
Your responsibilities will span from rolling out new features and integrations to providing top-notch customer support, especially during high-demand periods such as Christmas events and early preparations for the following year.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Rollout and Integration**: Lead the rollout of new features and integrations, ensuring a smooth transition for users.
- **Refunds and Event Creation**:Handle refund requests and assist in creating events on the platform.
- **CRM Expertise**: Utilize your previous experience with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot and Air Cool, and assist in managing customer data effectively.
- **Payment Processing**: Manage payment processes, including interactions with Zero and Stripe platforms.
**Requirements**:.
- **Tech Support Experience**: Minimum of two years of experience in tech support and senior-level customer service.
- **CRM Proficiency**: Proficiency in working with CRMs, especially HubSpot and Air Cool, is highly beneficial.
- **Nice-to-Have**: Familiarity with integrations involving Mailchimp, QuickBooks, and other platforms is a plus.
