**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**
Lead, coordinate and execute all operational expenses regarding Manufacturing, financial forecasting and analysis for PepsiCo Mexico Foods (PMF) Frito Lay business, to drive sustainable and profitable growth.
Support the business to reach the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) target throughout financial leadership.
Responsible for monthly and annual reporting, analysis of manufacturing overhead expenses (MOH) and Direct Labor including month-end-close, monthly forecast and annual plan.
Be the key business partner of manufacturing and all functions/areas involved in manufacturing, guide and partner with them, to drive efficiencies and improve financial visibility and discipline.
Lead/support manufacturing in key projects like: Supply Chain Transformation, Capital spending, Future projects, Transfer prices, Productivity, Ad-hoc analysis, etc.
Guide and support GBS manufacturing financial analyst in order to deliver results.
**Your Impact**
As Supply Chain Finance Manager (Manufacturing) Mexico Foods your scope would consist of
- Ensure manufacturing PMF deliver its Annual Operating Plan, anticipate deviation to the plan and communicate risks and opportunities in forecast
- Support all MOH and direct labor budgets monthly forecast revisions.
Ensuring forecast includes all relevant and the latest business changes.
- Led and improve, MOH management process.
Support budget owners in order to improve visibility, control, discipline and fcst accuracy
- Partner with operations team, engineering,
and controlling to identify MOH reduction opportunities.
Support and evaluate manufacturing productivity delivery in forecast and actuals.
- Led, support and supervise all manufacturing financial variables (MOH and direct labor) monthly forecast construction with GBS.
Ensuring forecast includes all relevant and the latest business changes.
- Partner with operations, supply chain and controlling to accelerate cost reduction delivery.
Focus on supervise correct actuals reconciliation, monthly forecast, new projects, network changes, innovations and ensuring productivity flows and is properly capture in the P&L.;
- Supervise month end closing processes of manufacturing accounts to check and understand deviation to forecast.
Be able to explain key business drives and deviations to fcst
- Provide financial support to new opex and capex projects and initiatives.
Oversight financials of key manufacturing projects (example: Automation, Capital, Transfer Prices) to ensure they meet plan and objectives
- Lead manufacturing monthly meetings, to improve budget control culture and provide management visibility of manufacturing risk and opportunities
Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?

- 6+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A;, Business Administration or related.
- Expertise in finance and cost accounting (CPA not required).
- Strong understanding of Consumer Product Goods business model (distribution, manufacturing, marketing and sales).
Knowledge of consumer goods or food industry
- Strong SAP and Microsoft Excel capability is indispensable
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Strong leadership skills to influence in a matrix organization design
- Strong english skills
