Job Title: Senior Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand the solution, delivery methodology and delivery schedule and plan the deliverables
- Actively engage in technical discussions, share ideas, and contribute to cohesive development framework and coding standards
- Should be able to handle tasks independently
- Focus on zero defect delivery maintaining coding standards and process guidelines
- Excellent teaming skills, actively collaborate with engineers and peer teams
- Perform requirement gathering/planning using JIRA, Confluence or similar tools.
- Experience with Agile development, TDD, Continuous integration
- Possess solid understanding of software development fundamentals




- Understanding of software-based security concepts
- Debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Experience creating performant and scalable software designs
- Passionate about learning new technologies and crafting innovative solutions
- Self-directed and able to troubleshoot and solve problems independently as well as a team
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a dynamic work environment

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience with the latest.NET Frameworks such as.NET V3.5 and above
- Strong knowledge Visual Studio 2017 and above
- Experience in.NET Visual Basic language and.NET Visual C# language
- .NET Visual C++ language (considered a plus)
- Experience in using databases as Microsoft SQL Server T-SQL language and FairCom C-tree
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle processes, including requirements analysis, design, development,



testing, and deployment.
- Experience in leading software design and code reviews to ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.
- Strong experience in developing and executing test plans and ensuring that software solutions are fully tested before deployment.
- Experience in the development of material handling systems is a plus.
