**MAIN OVERVIEW**
Develop and implement the growth strategies and the assigned product lines for all the Latam region, implement the strategies into the region to assure the objectives (penetration and NPD). Implement marketing plans to gain market share in the assigned product lines through our distributors, EPCs and end users using competitors benchmarks, growth strategies and new market opportunities.
**MAIN RESPONSABILITIES**
- Implement the assigned product lines strategies and marketing plan for all the Latam region
- Manage the product family portfolios and tropicalize the strategies for each country/market
- Coordinate and execute plans to support the growth initiatives
- Work with other areas for new products strategies
- Work together with the Global Product Manager to know the global strategies and adapt this to the Latam region
- Provide training and marketing tools to the sales area, distributors, EPCs and end users
- Review the gross margin focus on profitability
- Upload and manage the assigned product family information into the systems (SAP, PDH, Order center)
- Know the production and sourcing plan to ensure compliance with the forecast and, where appropriate, boost sales.
- Maintain the vitality indicators
- Market intelligence (competitors, markets, trends, projects, etc) for the region
- Do Benchmarks
- Participate in SIOP meeting and provide information to the process
- Generate and maintain the technical and commercial information of the products (Catalogues, Technical Sheets, digital information, etc.), as well as reports and analysis of its product lines.
- Work with marcom to show the products and digital strategies with distributors
- Coordinate the display and support material of their products at Fairs, Expos, Technical Conferences, etc.
**Qualifications**:

Education: University Studies in Engineering or Marketing
English 90% minimum.
Master's degree or MBA (desirable)
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in Manufacturing companies as Product Leader. With previous experience in Marketing. Have handled at least two product categories
OTHER (DESIRABLE)
Advanced management of Word, Excel (advanced) and Powerpoint
SAP and Power BI.
Technical and commercial knowledge in industrial electrical equipment
