For expansion, important Technology Company is looking for a **End Support Manager** for one of the most important Insurance Company:
**End Support Manager**
**Job Summary**
As an End User Support Lead, you foster energy and excitement around the company’s end user technology, providing the best solutions and getting technology into our enduser's hands.
**Job Tasks**
Thorough knowledge of current IT service delivery trends and best practices needed to frame End User Support Services strategy and to identify opportunities to use technology to improve business processes, as might be gained through research, attendance at industry
Thorough understanding of End User computing technology trends needed to develop recommendations for End User hardware, software, and services.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree
**Conversational English is a must
**3 years relevant experience desirable
Experience managing a medium
Strong business acumen and knowledge of business processes in order to identify opportunities to use technology to improve business processes.
Strong negotiation skills needed to negotiate and/or assist in negotiation of services agreements in a contract management and/or outsourced services governance position.
Strong project management skills (e.g., planning, organization, prioritization, timely decision making, delegation, directing others, managing and measuring work, etc.) needed to ensure that service improvements are delivered on time and within budget
